**Processing time:** Orders are processed within **1-3 business days**
(Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

**Shipping times (USA):**
- Standard: 5-8 business days
- Express: 2-4 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside
our control.

**Shipping costs:** Calculated at checkout based on your location and
order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over $50.

**Order tracking:** You'll receive a tracking number by email once your
order ships.

International shipping: Currently, PalmTreexy ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping soon — thank you for your patience!
