Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how
returns and refunds work:

- You have **30 days** from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached.
- To start a return, email us at [support@palmtreexy.shop] with your order
  number and reason for return.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the
  approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment
  method within **5-10 business days**.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the
  customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Sale items are final sale unless defective.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within **48 hours**
of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at
no extra cost to you.
